253/ Reality Is True

5th July 2025

“Anything you can imagine, you can make real.” Jules Verne.

You can violate God’s laws in your imagination, but you cannot escape from them. (ACIM, T-10.in.1:5)

Lesson 253. My Self is ruler of the universe (ACIM, W-253). Yesterday: When listening to an acquaintance describing the sudden schism in her marriage and the pain that both she and her husband were going through, it would have been nonsensical to advise her about the non-physical. They were both the actors caught up in the drama. Today: As I was meditating this morning, I understood what ACIM meant when it says that the mind is blank. I was lost in thought and it occurred to me that this was blankness. Then, when I became present, it felt different - as if I was connected. There was an aliveness that was palpable.

When peace is not with you entirely, and when you suffer pain of any kind, you have beheld some sin within your brother, and have rejoiced at what you thought was there. Your specialness seemed safe because of it. And thus you saved what you appointed to be your savior, and crucified the one whom God has given you instead. So are you bound with him, for you are one. And so is specialness his “enemy,” and yours as well. (ACIM, T-24.IV.5:2-6)

A Course in Miracles tells us that if we believe one thought that is out of alignment with truth, then we are insane.

Sin could never be real because the Father and the Son are the epitome of truth.

And the world is meaningless because it rests on sin.

Therefore, either we are deluded or not deluded. Look with the ego, and truth is splintered into billions of tiny mistruths; look with the Holy Spirit and we see truth exactly as it is.

The Holy Spirit has the power to change all of this - meaning the whole basis of the world that we see. It changes it into a world full of love and joy.

All we have to do is to be aware of what we think. Only beyond thought is reality known to be true.

254/ Wholly Interconnected

6th July 2025

“There are two ways of seeing: with the body and with the soul. The body’s sight can sometimes forget, but the soul remembers forever.” Alexandre Dumas.

There is no confusion in the Kingdom, because there is only one meaning. This meaning comes from God and is God. (ACIM, T-7.II.7:3-4)

Lesson 254. Let every voice but God’s be still in me (ACIM, W-254). Yesterday: The lesson told me that my mind rules my destiny. It stated that what happens to me is what I desire - and what does not occur is what I do not want to happen. I found this very straightforward and helpful, and made me fully aware of how much power I give to the ego. Today: Yesterday, I listened to a podcast in which the host mentioned that both Jesus and the Buddha were tempted by the ego before their respective awakenings (in the form of Satan and Mara) and so this lesson makes complete sense to me. It asks us not to listen to our thoughts, in that they rush forwards and carry us away, but to listen for the Voice for God instead.

The Christ in you is very still. He knows where you are going, and He leads you there in gentleness and blessing all the way. His Love for God replaces all the fear you thought you saw within yourself. His Holiness shows you Himself in him whose hand you hold, and whom you lead to Him. And what you see is like yourself. (ACIM, T-24.V.6:1-5)

The Christ within knows we are not complete. Christ’s purpose is always to search for our completion in others.

All of us sit in Christ and Christ is leading the way towards Himself. Christ is our light and we are the darkness - and one always negates the other.

A Course in Miracles undoes the self that we think we are - the self being the name, address and phone number. This undoing arises as we learn to be with the Holy Spirit and without the ego. It is achieved without any shock to the system and with a gentle sense of laughter.

We re-discover that we are the real Self, a Self that is completely connected and one with God.

Which means that, beyond the physical form, we are all a One that is wholly interconnected. We are the one Self that has no physical form at all.

255/ Different Frequencies

7th July 2025

“He who is a slave to his stomach seldom worships God.” Saadi Shīrāzī.

If you are part of God and the Sonship is one, you cannot be limited to the self the ego sees. (ACIM, T-5.IV.2:13)

***

Lesson 255. This day I choose to spend in perfect peace (ACIM, W-255). Yesterday: The lesson asked us to hear the one Voice of God and discard all the others in the form of the ego. As I sat with the lesson throughout the day, this felt straightforward and understandable but, as I sit here now, I am also aware of how much the voice of the ego can vary in my dreams. As I awoke this morning, I remembered a dream in which I felt lost and confused, and I don’t feel that I have had this type of dream for a very long time. Today: It feels like a good option - to choose peace today. My general demeanour is currently a bit ‘ugh’, and so it is hugely uplifting to read this lesson and know there is an alternative to this ughness.

You who believe it easier to see your brother’s body than his holiness, be sure you understand what made this judgment. Here is the voice of specialness heard clearly, judging against the Christ and setting forth for you the purpose that you can attain, and what you cannot do. Forget not that this judgment must apply to what you do with it as your ally. For what you do through Christ it does not know. (ACIM, T-24.VI.13:1-4)

A Course in Miracles tells us that, while we fully understand the concept of sacrificing the “self”, a little nod to God or to the Christ within is something that is feared. We reject it in favour of hell.

The Self and the self are polar opposites; they operate at different frequencies and with different approaches. One is alive in Heaven and the other keeps us in hell; it is our belief in self that is the lie.

The lie means that we are born to a mother, live a life that might be long or short, and then die in circumstances that might be hideous or perfect. This is how the ego operates in the world.

The truth is that we are not a body and the world is merely a projection from the mind. We are at peace in God and we have never left Heaven. This is the metaphysics of A Course in Miracles.

The different frequencies therefore underlie the simple choice we have to make. Do we want to stay in a low, dense frequency as a body or do we raise it up so that our Spirit is as broad as the sky?

256/ We Are Spirit

8th July 2025

“The words you speak become the house you live in.” Hafez.

My word, which is the resurrection and the life, shall not pass away because life is eternal. (ACIM, T-1.III.2:2)

***

Lesson 256. God is the only goal I have today (ACIM, W-256). Yesterday: The lesson was all about choosing peace and it felt a good teaching to apply. I like my Mondays but this Monday I was covering a yoga class at 8pm in the evening. This is not a good time for me - more bed time than work time. One particular two-legged creature took to laughing quite a bit during the class but, to my amazement, I took to laughing as well. I felt an inner playfulness which could, at other times, have been an outer irritation. Today: This lesson tells me that the only way to God is through forgiveness - and forgiveness is only needed within the dream. It was a shock, then, to sit for fifteen minutes and realise how many images would appear that needed to be forgiven.

The Son of God retains his Father’s Will. The son of man perceives an alien will and wishes it were so. And thus does his perception serve his wish by giving it appearances of truth. Yet can perception serve another goal. It is not bound to specialness but by your choice. And it is given you to make a different choice, and use perception for a different purpose. (ACIM, T-24.VII.11:7-12)

A Course in Miracles states that what we see will serve our purpose. Our reality is as we see it.

Do we perceive ourselves as the son of man or as the Son of God? Both perceptions, if not pondered with awareness, might ignite some serious cause for concern both in ourselves and in others.

The son of man looks out onto the world. He sees a world that is either to be enjoyed or to be retreated from. It is a finite thing, which is to be experienced for a short while and then is gone.

The Son of God looks within to the world. This is a world of total peace which has no opposite. It is a world that is boundless and eternal, and is blessed by an inner certainty.

No gender is involved with the son of man or the Son of God because it is simply a state of mind.

And our purpose is to look beyond the form to the spirit, which it is impossible to bind by time.

257/ All that Exists

9th July 2025

“A hair divides what is true and false.” Omar Khayyam.

Thought systems are but true or false, and all their attributes come simply from what they are. (ACIM, T-17.III.9:6)

***

Lesson 257. Let me remember what my purpose is (ACIM, W-257). Yesterday: The lesson told me that God is my only reality and that forgiveness (itself an illusion) is the simple method that can return me to that reality. It was Ram Dass who said: “If you think you are enlightened, go and spend a week with your family.” I travelled back to spend a few days looking after my mother, giving my sister a break. So far so good. Today: Our only purpose is to remember our Source - the lesson for the day. Source is everywhere and is our home, despite our thoughts which conjure up quite another reality (with many variations thereof). So the key is to slow down and go about our day with more awareness than forgetfulness. Our purpose is always to fully appreciate life.

The Christ in you inhabits not a body. Yet He is in you. And thus it must be that you are not within a body. What is within you cannot be outside. And it is certain that you cannot be apart from what is at the very center of your life. What gives you life cannot be housed in death. No more can you. (ACIM, T-25.in.1:1-7)

A Course in Miracles tells us that the body needs no healing. What needs the healing is the mind that thinks it is a body.

The ego uses the body for its purpose - this could be to kill or to love. Sometimes, the ego tries to do both, as in killing in the name of love.

The Holy Spirit uses the body only for communication, meaning bodies forgo confrontation in favour of collaboration. The Holy Spirit sees love everywhere and expresses it through words and actions.

The mind, then, has two house guests and only one can ever be made to feel welcome.

The ego is the cause of our unreality. The body is directed to do all its whims and obey its every wish.

The Holy Spirit is the witness to our reality. The body is now at peace with all it thinks can exist.

258/ Perception and Purpose

10th July 2025

“Your burden is of false self-identifications - abandon them all.” Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj.

You need to hear the truth about yourself as frequently as possible, because your mind is so preoccupied with false self-images. (ACIM, W-67.5:2)

***

Lesson 258. Let me remember that my goal is God (ACIM, W-258). Yesterday: The lesson asked me to know my purpose - which was to love as God loves. My mother was asking me questions about her dog, just when I was thinking that this is just the wrong time to be asking about the dog. Did I keep my equilibrium? I tried to ignore the voice in my head that was getting irritated. Today: If the lesson tells me that my goal is God, then this gives me an option. Instead of continuing to worry about the list of chores I’ve got for the day, I can just accept where I am now and know that God is with me. This gives my mind a moment of peace.

Perception is a choice of what you want yourself to be; the world you want to live in, and the state in which you think your mind will be content and satisfied. It chooses where you think your safety lies, at your decision. It reveals yourself to you as you would have you be. And always is it faithful to your purpose, from which it never separates, nor gives the slightest witness unto anything the purpose in your mind upholdeth not. (ACIM, T-25.I.3:1-4)

A Course in Miracles states categorically that only love is real. How we perceive the world, then, shows us the choice that we are making.

Ultimately, only we can decide on our purpose while in a physical world. It’s always a decision between two options - fear and love. Everything around us are embellishments of one or the other.

Perception and purpose therefore complement each other perfectly. They might be either ego-driven or spirit-driven. And, while we might never question their metaphysical consequences, both result in life being as it is or as we want it to be. One is makes life easy and one makes life stressful.

Erin Michelle Galito channels Jesus in the video below. Jesus tells us that we need to wake up from the false belief that we are apart from God. We do this with the help of the Holy Spirit. Jesus tells us that there is only oneness and oneness can have no opposite. We are the Son that is one with God.

259/ Sense and Senseless

11th July 2025

“Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.” John Lennon.

There are no beginnings and no endings in God, Whose universe is Himself. (ACIM, T-11.I.2:3)

***

Lesson 259. Let me remember that there is no sin (ACIM, W-259). Yesterday: The lesson stated that we set ourselves lots of little goals but we only do this in order to obscure the goal of finding God. The day was blisteringly hot and included two trips with a fifty-year-old tractor to pick up fallen oak from the top of the farm. My hourly reminders would go off, completely bringing me out of the ego-driven goals I was thinking about, and I would stop and pause - every time. Today: It is quite apparent that my belief in sin blocks the certainty of love, just as my body has no awareness of the non-physical. As I sat just now, I could feel how sin was manifesting in different ways, obscuring the light behind it.

Who hangs an empty frame upon a wall and stands before it, deep in reverence, as if a masterpiece were there to see? Yet if you see your brother as a body, it is but this you do. The masterpiece that God has set within this frame is all there is to see. The body holds it for a while, without obscuring it in any way. Yet what God has created needs no frame, for what He has created He supports and frames within Himself. (ACIM, T-25.II.5:1-5)

A Course in Miracles tells us that the body should not be our frame of reference. We need to look after it - it is a tool that has to be used - but we shouldn’t be guided by it. Only the mind needs our attention.

The mind is not our thoughts. The mind is spaciousness and consciousness combined. It is an effect of God which is the only Cause.

Thoughts are fleeting aberrations that have no meaning - except to the beholder who is thinking them. Thoughts always relate to the body which is just another set of beliefs made out of thought.

And this brings us back to our identity as a body. We think that, as a body, our actions can help to heal the world - and, in a way, they do. What we are is mind and the world arises out of thought.

If this makes no sense, it is because it won’t make sense to the illusory. The world, the body and the thinking mind are all senseless. The only thing that does make sense is a mind that knows of love.

260/ Wish List

12th July 2025

“When you like a flower, you just pluck it. But when you love a flower, you water it daily.” Buddha.

Join your own efforts to the power that cannot fail and must result in peace. (ACIM, T-14.V.7:1)

***

Lesson 260. Let me remember God created me (ACIM, W-260)Yesterday: The lesson was clear - ‘sin’ is an idea we have made up; likewise with ‘God’ - also, just an idea. It was therefore apparent at the end of the day - when I had left the farm and had come back home (all ideas) - that I have no idea what anything is. Everything arises out of hearsay and what I’ve been told. Today: This lesson is about remembering our creation by God and so it’s a nice bit of synchronicity that I mentioned God when considering yesterday’s lesson. During my first practice, my thoughts were like irritating flies buzzing around. I would swat them away and then, after a while, they would just return, However, they made absolutely no difference to the enormity of what mind is.

To the extent to which you value guilt, to that extent will you perceive a world in which attack is justified. To the extent to which you recognize that guilt is meaningless, to that extent you will perceive attack cannot be justified. This is in accord with perception’s fundamental law: You see what you believe is there, and you believe it there because you want it there. (ACIM, T-25.III.1:1-3)

A Course in Miracles tells us that the Son of God could never sin, but he can wish for what would hurt him.

We are therefore wishing our lives away if we think we are a body; if we know that we are spirit, then there is no need to wish for anything.

The pursuit of happiness is also a gentle reminder that we are misperceiving the Self that we are.

What we are is so much bigger than the bundle of thoughts that we have about ourselves. Really, these thoughts are completely insignificant and mean nothing.

Caution and guidance is always recommended as we reach the end - our thoughts can turn vicious.

But still there is no need for a wish list. What we are is perfect and it just needs to be recognised. In fact, it is in the recognition of our wholeness that we awaken from the dream.

261/ Formlessness Is Happiness

13th July 2025

“Love your suffering. Do not resist it, do not flee from it. It is only your aversion to it that hurts, nothing else.” Hermann Hesse.

If you will accept yourself as God created you, you will be incapable of suffering. (ACIM, T-10.V.9:5)

***

Lesson 261. God is my refuge and security (ACIM, W-261). Yesterday: The lesson told me that God is my Creator. This doesn’t mean that God created what I can see in the mirror - a face that has a name, address and national insurance number. Instead, it means that God created one single Son and that we are all God’s one creation. The physical ‘me’ does not even exist. Today: This lesson continues with the theme of Identity. It shows me that we live in God and not the body. The body is merely a temporary medium through which we can communicate either ignorance or the truth. The choice is always ours and is made with the mind.

In you is all of Heaven. Every leaf that falls is given life in you. Each bird that ever sang will sing again in you. And every flower that ever bloomed has saved its perfume and its loveliness for you. What aim can supersede the Will of God and of His Son, that Heaven be restored to him for whom it was created as his only home? (ACIM, T-25.IV.5:1-5)

The physical form just sees; it makes assumptions through it own judgements. The formless spirit only knows; it witnesses the beauty in everything, knowing that nothing is missing.

Guilt has made the physical. The aches and pains we feel are all the result of deep unease. Sickness, depression and addiction all arise from the belief that we are abandoned and alone.

Love is spirit. It arises out of God and the Holy Spirit is merely God’s remedy for all the guilt that we hold. Spirit is known only now and has no past or future. Spirit is what we are.

A Course in Miracles is therefore a reminder that we can awaken from this dream of separation; and it is this that we are witnessing through our eyes - a dream of being lonely and apart.

The physical form can never make the decision to awaken for us. Only the mind can do that.

And the spirit within is all that matters. Formlessness is happiness and that it results in joy is a fact.

262/ Uncompromising Peacefulness

14th July 2025

“Your mind will give back to you exactly what you put into it.” James Joyce.

Whenever you are afraid you are deceived, and your mind cannot serve the Holy Spirit. (ACIM, T-2.III.5:9)

***

Lesson 262. Let me perceive no differences today (ACIM, W-262)Yesterday: The woman’s final at Wimbledon was won 6-0, 6-0 - I don’t know who lost but I felt for her. While we were out for a walk on the moor, we saw a pony that looked sick and a lamb with an injured leg, and I felt for them too. ACIM tells us that, whenever we see suffering, we should always respond to it from a position of peace, regardless of what is happening. Today: Something I was writing crashed and so I had to write it again. I am also late with a whole list of chores I need to do but, despite this, I still resolutely refused to compromise with my fifteen-minute contemplation on this lesson. I have just finished and it is all about knowing our oneness. Only the ego is concerned with time.

In your brother you see the picture of your own belief in what the Will of God must be for you. In your forgiveness will you understand His Love for you; through your attack believe He hates you, thinking Heaven must be hell. Look once again upon your brother, not without the understanding that he is the way to Heaven or to hell, as you perceive him. (ACIM, T-25.V.6:3-5)

Everything arises out of the judgements we hold about ourselves. We shouldn’t take this lightly. A Course in Miracles tells us this is either the path to Heaven or the descent into hell.

The practice of A Course in Miracles is therefore the practice of seeing the Son of God in everyone we meet. It states that this is sinlessness, whereby all desire to attack is gone and, with it, all guilt.

The question, then, is simple. Do we want total peace or do we not want total peace?

Peace arises when we think with the Holy Spirit. It is uncompromising in its peacefulness. If we feel just a twinge of anxiety, then we are thinking with the ego.

And so A course in Miracles is really all or nothing. We either heal the mind or we don’t heal it at all.

Uncompromising peacefulness is our only goal. Judgement then leaves the mind that knows of fear.

263/ A Cat’s Purr

15th July 2025

“This is a subtle truth. Whatever you love, you are.” Rumi.

You do not want the world. The only thing of value in it is whatever part of it you look upon with love. (ACIM, T-12.VI.3:1-2)

***

Lesson 263. My holy vision sees all things as pure (ACIM, W-263). Yesterday: The lesson asked us to perceive no differences during the day. I always start the day by rubbing my right heel with a few drops of argan oil. It’s the only thing I know that makes a difference and stops the skin from splitting. Clearly, I need to forgive the cause which, of course, is guilt. Today: The lesson reminds us that a madman’s dream is hardly appropriate for the Son of God. As I practised the lesson, I was able to witness both loving thoughts as well as thoughts that were chaotic. My chaotic thoughts are like those of a madman - I couldn’t possibly put them into words. Indeed, if I did actually act them out, I would probably need incarcerating.

Forgiveness is the only function meaningful in time. It is the means the Holy Spirit uses to translate specialness from sin into salvation. Forgiveness is for all. But when it rests on all it is complete, and every function of this world completed with it. Then is time no more. Yet while in time, there is still much to do. And each must do what is allotted him, for on his part does all the plan depend. (ACIM, T-25.VI.5:3-9)

A Course in Miracles tells us that salvation is simply a reminder that this world is not our home. We (the one mind) are not beholden to its laws. What we really are has nothing to do with the world.

Each one of us has a tiny part to play in the undoing of the world. And this is what the Holy Spirit needs - our tiny willingness. When we all do our own part, the one mind becomes complete.

Our part is probably extremely small - not that the size of our contribution makes any difference. It might just be to act lovingly towards our cat and it is this willingness that creates the magnificence.

Magnificence arises when love is known by the beholder and the beholden. A cat’s more likely to purr loudly if it trusts that the hand that strokes it and keeps it fed.

If we all play our part in expressing love, the world quite naturally becomes a better place. And it is a world in which every cat will stop their meowing and will purr with pleasure instead.

264/ Subject and Object

16th July 2025

“If we really want to pray we must first learn to listen, for in the silence of the heart God speaks.” T.S. Eliot.

His Voice awaits your silence, for His Word can not be heard until your mind is quiet for a while, and meaningless desires have been stilled. (ACIM, W-125.6:2)

***

Lesson 264. I am surrounded by the Love of God (ACIM, W-264). Yesterday: I was gardening and also listening to an ACIM podcast via an EarPod - a good combination. It was as the presenter was saying how the mind is just one massive screen of awareness, and our thoughts are merely contained within that screen, that my timer went off for an hourly reminder of the lesson. A quandary - my employer was lurking close by. Do I look at the screen shot of the lesson, or not? I did, read it all, and carried on. Today: This lesson validates how our screen of awareness is the Love of God. It is everywhere and all around us. As I sat with this for fifteen minutes, little thoughts did distract me and I finished the meditation quite lost in thought.

If one belief so deeply valued here were true, then every Thought God ever had is an illusion. And if but one Thought of His is true, then all beliefs the world gives any meaning to are false, and make no sense at all. This is the choice you make. Do not attempt to see it differently, nor twist it into something it is not. For only this decision can you make. The rest is up to God, and not to you. (ACIM, T-25.VII.3:7-12)

The metaphysics of A Course in Miracles should be considered with an open mind. For example:

  • Reality is total oneness with God while the world of form is the illusion.

  • The mind is experiencing a dream-like state in which we think we are a body.

  • Forgiveness is the key to awakening from our dream of separation.

We can’t deny that this makes no sense at all to the mind that thinks. This is because the mind of the ego always needs a subject and an object.

A Course in Miracles is a non-dual teaching. The Love of God is the subject and there is no object.

265/ Error of Judgement

17th July 2025

“A very little key will open a very heavy door.” Charles Dickens.

Here stands your brother with the key to Heaven in his hand, held out to you. Let not the dream of specialness remain between you. What is one is joined in truth. (ACIM, T-24.II.7:6-8)

***

Lesson 265. Creation’s gentleness is all I see (ACIM, W-265). Yesterday: The lesson was all about being surrounded by the Love of God. In the morning, it felt like that - I was outdoors and in a beautiful rural setting with horses and sheep and chickens; in the early evening, my mind was acting up a bit due to a phone conversation. It was all about familial ownership and need. I tried to step back from it and find the peace within, and actually partially succeeded. However, I also felt like I was contracting away from the Love of God. Today: This lesson reminds me that what I see outside of me is exactly what is going on in my mind. It is a no-nonsense declaration that my thoughts make the world I see and I can see love instead of fear.

You have the right to all the universe; to perfect peace, complete deliverance from all effects of sin, and to the life eternal, joyous and complete in every way, as God appointed for His holy Son. This is the only justice Heaven knows, and all the Holy Spirit brings to earth. Your special function shows you nothing else but perfect justice can prevail for you. (ACIM, T-25.VIII.14:1-3)

A Course in Miracles is our very own advocate. It campaigns on behalf of the Holy Spirit and against the ego. It shows us the way to freedom and out of imprisonment.

Freedom and imprisonment occur in the mind. Everything that happens to us is a decision.

And we suffer not because we are sinful but because we made a mistake. It is an error of judgement.

Deep down, our judgement is one of guilt instead of innocence. Rescind this and we heal the mind.

Lynn K. Russell researches the near-death experience and finds that she always returns to the same three conclusions: We were created by love and we are here to express that love; there is no division and we all come from the same Source; the purpose of life is to awaken and to finally return home.

266/ Miracle of Life

18th July 2025

“There is no sin so great as ignorance. Remember this.” Rudyard Kipling.

The journey that we undertake together is the exchange of dark for light, of ignorance for understanding. (ACIM, T-14.VI.1:1)

***

Lesson 266. My holy Self abides in you, God’s Son (ACIM, W-266). Yesterday: We might feel that external events can have a powerful effect on us and yet it is just a reflection of the guilt we feel inside. ACIM tells us that there is nothing out there - it is all happening within the mind - and we just need deal with it is through forgiveness. This was the real focus of the lesson. Today: This lesson shows me that each person I meet - and especially if that person does something that I am offended by - is another chance for forgiveness. I should grab it with both hands and be thankful for the opportunity. It is my ticket home.

A miracle is justice. It is not a special gift to some, to be withheld from others as less worthy, more condemned, and thus apart from healing. Who is there who can be separate from salvation, if its purpose is the end of specialness? Where is salvation’s justice if some errors are unforgivable, and warrant vengeance in place of healing and return of peace? (ACIM, T-25.IX.6:6-9)

Miracles are gifts from the Holy Spirit. They are given to anyone, regardless of who they are and what they have done. Miracles, quite simply, are acts of love.

A Course in Miracles is therefore a gift from the Holy Spirit. It is the reminder that everyone is equal and no one is different. We are all the one Son, which means one Self without an opposite.

Only the ego sees differences and this is where all pain arises. The mind has become split between illusions and the truth.

We therefore need to be aware of what the split mind is doing to us. Our thoughts can become chaotic and take us all over the place. Fear is the inevitable consequence of multiple thoughts.

It is only by asking the Holy Spirit to see things differently that we can make a difference.

And the difference is the miracle. It means we look at life with love and not with a certain despair.
