141/ Co-creators with God

15th March 2025

“A man is but the product of his thoughts; what he thinks he becomes.” Mahatma Gandhi.

The mind can be right or wrong, depending on the voice to which it listens. (ACIM, C-1.5:1)

***

Lesson 141. Review of lessons 121 and 122 (ACIM, W-141). Yesterday: The lesson was basically an invitation to God to speak to us, which meant that I was preparing my mind to hear the Holy Spirit. Nothing happened that could have prevented that - the day was beautiful and my mind was relatively peaceful. I bought some wildflowers and planted them in the garden which was symbolic of applying the lesson. Plant a seed and we let it grow. Today: The introduction to this review states that it is preparing us to go further; we need to learn how the truth can be applied. It tells us that we are co-creators with God and essentially we are being moved from the darkness to the light. In my blurriness of early morning fog, which is clearing with the help of caffeine, I haven’t got a clue what any of this means but am hoping I will soon find out.

Eternity is one time, its only dimension being “always.” This cannot mean anything to you until you remember God’s open Arms, and finally know His open Mind. Like Him, you are “always”; in His Mind and with a mind like His. (ACIM, T-9.VI.7:1-3)

A Course in Miracles tells us we are all co-creators. Each one of us is a co-creator with God and each one of us is a co-creator with anyone we meet. The problem is, we have forgotten.

The ego wants us to suffer. It might disguise this with pleasing language and a charming smile, but ultimately it hates us and wants us dead. The ego’s primary motive is to make us worship pain.

The Holy Spirit is the antidote to all suffering. It is the Thought that God placed into our minds when the thought of separation arose. It is the Thought of Love that replaces all thoughts of fear.

Deep within our minds, then, there is an inner certainty. It encompasses everything we thought up and is our only reality. There can be no darkness in its presence; there is only light.

Forgiveness bring this back to us. Forgiveness dissolves all the discomfort and replaces it with peace.

We then drop into our own inner stillness. Here is the reminder that we are all co-creators with God.

142/ Help Is the Present Moment

16th March 2025

“The longest journey of any person is the journey inward.” Dag Hammarskjöld.

Love is not learned. Its meaning lies within itself. And learning ends when you have recognized all it is not. (ACIM, T-18.IX.12:1-3)

***

Lesson 142. Review of lessons 123 and 124 (ACIM, W-142). Yesterday: I kept up with the hourly observation of the review. I found that, whenever I repeated the theme, it felt as if it was a direct invitation to the Holy Spirit. I therefore sensed that I had peace amidst the turmoil of a busy mind. Today: My first practice was disrupted by a video clip I remember seeing a couple of days ago of the former boxer, Chris Eubank, talking about a former opponent, Nigel Benn, and describing him as the school bully. This then triggered memories of school bullies, which was clearly the ego shouting in my mind. I then realized the craziness of what I was thinking and sent out a Christ blessing to each of the boxers, plus one to a specific school bully that I had known. I found that the time of my practice had extended by quite a long way and I had been thinking for a good part of it.

Not to question your littleness therefore is to deny all knowledge, and keep the ego’s whole thought system intact. You cannot retain part of a thought system, because it can be questioned only at its foundation. And this must be questioned from beyond it, because within it its foundation does stand. (ACIM, T-9.VII.7:3-5)

We have to look at the ego. This doesn’t mean we need to analyse it or dissect it. It means we have to look at it directly and not to shrink away.

We have to bring all of our darkness to the light. We can’t bring the light to the darkness simply because light does not recognize darkness. We look at our pain and allow the peace to engulf it.

Forgiveness, then, becomes the process whereby we look without judgement. We don’t condemn, we just accept. And we always ask the Holy Spirit to let us see our perceived problems differently.

Quite often, our minds are full of past events but, if we reflect back on the times when we have asked for help, we will probably find that these ‘events’ did not turn out the way we expected.

Help is always with us in the present moment and this is because the present moment is the only time we can find the Holy Spirit. As the mind settles into silence, then all distractions go away.

143/ Safety first

17th March 2025

“Nothing can dim the light which shines from within.” Maya Angelou.

You are the light of the world with me. Rest does not come from sleeping but from waking. (ACIM, T-5.II.10:3-4)

***

Lesson 143. Review of lessons 125 and 126 (ACIM, W-143). Yesterday: I have found that pausing to remember the hourly practice is a bit like having to shift down through the gears when going at speed in a car. My mind might have been racing, probably thinking about a million different things, and then I have to slow myself down and consider the subject at hand. In other words, I put the breaks on the ego in order to be with the Holy Spirit. Today: Stating that “my mind holds only what I think with God” is a beautiful way to start the meditation. We are told that God is our deepest silence and so I have to try to greet that silence. The noise of a distracted mind might continue as I practise, but my purpose is always to become peaceful.

You are altogether irreplaceable in the Mind of God. No one else can fill your part in it, and while you leave your part of it empty your eternal place merely waits for your return. God, through His Voice, reminds you of it, and God Himself keeps your extensions safe within it. (ACIM, T-9.VIII.10:1-3)

We are all quite safe, except we don’t know it.

Our whole emphasis is on the body. We try to protect it and shield it, but are fighting a losing battle. It’s as if we are trying to walk through quicksand and, sooner or later, our feet are going to get stuck.

Life is about survival. Deep down, we are terrified because of our fixed belief in death and mortality.

A Course in Miracles completely reverses this thinking. It replaces our old way of thinking with a new way of knowing. We are taught to use a thought system that is based on love and not on fear.

We learn that we are spirit being impersonated by a body. We see that our reality is formless and is not one of form. We find that we are loved unconditionally and there is absolutely no need to worry.

We are all quite safe and we just need to know it - although we need to know this at our core. Life is about being, not about doing, and the body just responds to what the mind thinks it’s for.

144/ Oneness Is everything

18th March 2025

“Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” Mark Twain.

To think like God is to share His certainty of what you are, and to create like Him is to share the perfect Love He shares with you. (ACIM, T-7.I.6:1)

***

Lesson 144. Review of lessons 127 and 128 (ACIM, W-144). Yesterday: A few minutes before teaching a class, I managed to get into the bathroom and repeat the lesson. I could feel a rising sense of expectation in my chest and then, after the class, I felt joyously happy and totally forgot about the lesson until an hour later which was exactly midday. Oh, the joys of being in duality. Today: Last night I spoke to our new neighbour who mentioned that he and his family were Jehovah’s Witnesses. We had a nice conversation about that but today I have noticed the ego sneaking in little stories - for example, what happens if he hands me a leaflet or asks me about my faith? Forgiveness covers everything so I am in the process of forgiving myself.

Nothing beyond yourself can make you fearful or loving, because nothing is beyond you. Time and eternity are both in your mind, and will conflict until you perceive time solely as a means to regain eternity. You cannot do this as long as you believe that anything happening to you is caused by factors outside yourself. (ACIM, T-10.in.1:1-3)

A Course in Miracles states states that we, collectively, are the Sonship. We are all one.

If we recognize anyone as apart from us, different, more beautiful or just downright ugly, then we have denied our oneness. We are thinking with a mind that is hurt.

True spiritual connection is when we absolutely know our Source. We have an inner knowing. It arises from within us and can have no opposite.

And so a few points have to be understood intimately. Firstly, we are the masters of our own destiny; secondly, God does not blame; and thirdly, forgiveness always undoes everything.

Love is all-encompassing. The mind makes up little stories but reality only needs to be known.

And oneness does not exclude. It is all or nothing. Everything is within and nothing is ever without.

145/ Trick of the Mind

19th March 2025

“There is no remedy for love but to love more.” Henry David Thoreau.

Love has no darkened temples where mysteries are kept obscure and hidden from the sun. (ACIM, T-20.VI.4:1)

***

Lesson 145. Review of lessons 129 and 130 (ACIM, W-145). Yesterday: I went to an earlier tai chi class I don’t usually attend and met some new people. I noticed one person who seemed to be getting everything right and another who seemed to be getting everything wrong. And I noticed how I responded to each of those two persons, one with a certain wariness and the other with concern and empathy. The fact is, I knew that I was seeing those feelings in myself. Today: Earlier this morning, I had a dream where a friend and I were in a boat and a great torrent of brown, dirty water came surging towards us. The boat barely made it around the bend in the river and then I can’t quite remember what happened after that. However, the theme of today’s review is the world we see, and it is clear that the world I see is based on fear.

What can upset you except the ephemeral, and how can the ephemeral be real if you are God’s only creation and He created you eternal? Your holy mind establishes everything that happens to you. Every response you make to everything you perceive is up to you, because your mind determines your perception of it. (ACIM, T-10.in.2:5-7)

We create our own reality and it always stems from one of two emotions: fear and love.

Fear is unnatural. It is a false state. Fear is entirely manufactured by the mind and has no external source whatsoever.

Love is all there is but our minds have forgotten this. Love arises out of God and God creates only with love. The simple consequence of this is that we are love.

A Course in Miracles isn’t about denying fear; we know that, if we cut ourselves, then we bleed. ACIM is merely reminding us to be peaceful about illusions and is showing us the type of forgiveness whereby we bring all illusions to the truth.

There is only one God and we are the Son. Love is all there is and the rest is a trick of the mind. If fear is just an illusion, then we’ve done the impossible by making fear appear to be very real indeed.

146/ World of Form

20th March 2025

“You do not need to work to become spiritual. You are spiritual; you need only to remember that fact. Spirit is within you. God is within you.” Julia Cameron.

God has not many Sons, but only One. Who can have more, and who be given less? (ACIM, T-29.VIII.9:1-2)

***

Lesson 146. Review of lessons 131 and 132 (ACIM, W-146). Yesterday: The hourly review was observed but, and once again, thank goodness for the timer on my phone. I am looking after my mother for a few days, giving my sister a break. Random jobs need to be done but I was always able to pause and reflect on the lesson. Just before bedtime though, and for the last meditation of the day, I fell asleep. It had been a long day. Today: It’s interesting that the first part of the review is “no one can fail who seeks to reach the truth”. This felt like a balm when I read it. Usually, it feels like I am flapping my arms and getting nowhere.

Give up gladly everything that would stand in the way of your remembering, for God is in your memory. His Voice will tell you that you are part of Him when you are willing to remember Him and know your own reality again. Let nothing in this world delay your remembering of Him, for in this remembering is the knowledge of yourself. (ACIM, T-10.II.2:4-6)

A Course in Miracles tells us that all attack is Self attack. We are actively choosing not to remember God and have completely forgotten that we are His Son.

Our peace of mind is nowhere to be seen. However, it is the attainment of a peaceful mind that becomes the whole purpose of applying ourselves to the Workbook.

It was because of the limitless peace in Jesus’ mind that he was able to forgive his persecutors as they were nailing him to the cross. And he is now teaching us how to find that peace by bringing us A Course in Miracles. He wants us to know that the resurrection is as important now as it was then.

Erin Michelle Galito channels Jesus in the video below. Jesus reminds us that we are not the figure in the dream but the dreamer of the dream. He asks us to observe our thoughts because we are then resting in our right mind. Jesus states that only the mind can make us a victim of the world of form.

147/ Having Fun

21st March 2025

“When you are not honouring the present moment by allowing it to be, you are creating drama.” Eckhart Tolle.

Each instant is a clean, untarnished birth, in which the Son of God emerges from the past into the present. (ACIM, T-15.I.8:4)

***

Lesson 147. Review of lessons 133 and 134 (ACIM, W-147). Yesterday: It’s very helpful to be able to stop and repeat a positive affirmation. It shows me how much my mind is on auto control, responding to thoughts as if they were sweets in a candy store. I am literally thinking hundreds of different things from moment to moment and these thoughts have nothing to do with the lessons or ACIM. Today: If my mind holds only what I think with God, then I must be thinking nothing. This is logic. I have just been reading that God created only the eternal, and it is clear that my thoughts are definitely not eternal; and so, by definition, they cannot exist.

You have not attacked God and you do love Him. Can you change your reality? No one can will to destroy himself. When you think you are attacking yourself, it is a sure sigh that you hate what you think you are. And this, and only this, can be attacked by you. (ACIM, T-10.III.1:1-5)

Attack is always self-made. The mind is responsible for all our suffering.

A Course in Miracles brings us back to the present moment. It is only in the present moment that we have peace. Nothing else can exist - except a bunch of thoughts that distract us from that peace.

During the Christmas truce of 1914, British and German troops met in no-man’s land and exchanged gifts. They took photographs and played games of football. Can anything illustrate the madness of the ego more than stopping a war to have fun?

The ego can easily be summed up as the war in the mind. It is everything that is not peace. The ego demands that we kill or be killed, and yet its biggest wish is also its biggest dread.

The fact is, the ego is just our fear of death. Equally, all of our fears are the product of a split mind.

We undo the ego by not taking it seriously. A truce in the war means we can have lots of fun instead.

148/ Mind Matters

22nd March 2025

“Nothing revives the cup of life more than a caustic splash of death.” Farīd ud-Dīn Attar.

Life and death, light and darkness, knowledge and perception, are irreconcilable. (ACIM, T-3.VII.6:6)

***

Lesson 148. Review of lessons 135 and 136 (ACIM, W-148). Yesterday: It was on the hour and time for the review. I pulled over to the right hand side of the road and stopped in front of the entrance to the football club. I then noticed a car exiting the football club, being driven by a man with a cigarette in his mouth. I felt he was saying “what the f… is he doing parking there?” and so I cancelled that particular moment to do the review and drove off to find another quiet spot just by the school… and then I did it. And all the time I was thinking what a hideous habit it was to smoke and drive. Today: I began my first meditation with the sun streaming in through the window and finished it with the sun hidden by clouds - it feels like a good metaphor for the vagaries of the mind.

Health in this world is the counterpart of value in Heaven. It is not my merit that I contribute to you but my love, for you do not value yourself. When you do not value yourself you become sick, but my value of you can heal you, because the value of God’s Son is one. (ACIM, T-10.III.6:3-5)

A Course in Miracles tells us that sickness is a defence against the truth. This might sound harsh, and it is - for the ego. A mind that is split is likely to feel personally affronted.

It also means that, if we see suffering anywhere, it is the ego in action. It is our belief in the ego that establishes the sickness. Quite naturally, as we change our beliefs, we find we change the world.

We wouldn’t need the Workbook if we were okay with what we see in the world; it’s the same as watching a movie and feeling so uncomfortable that we need to leave.

The solution, then, is to commit ourselves to a spiritual path. It means drawing a line in the sand.

Does this mean that the body will never get sick if the mind ever becomes awakened? Not at all; the body has to go at some stage and sickness can still make that happen, even with a peaceful mind.

The body does not matter. Only the mind matters, and the mind knows when it has done its time.

149/ Fact of Life

23rd March 2025

“Life is paradise, and we are all in paradise, but we refuse to see it.” Fyodor Dostoevsky.

You who were a prisoner in separation are now made free in Paradise. And here would I unite with you, my friend, my brother and my Self. (ACIM, T-20.III.10:6-7)

***

Lesson 149. Review of lessons 137 and 138 (ACIM, W-149). Yesterday: I know what fear is, and I can feel that fear at times when other people might not even think about it. There is someone who is covering my yoga class in May and it is her first class since qualifying as a yoga teacher. Yesterday she told me how anxious she is feeling, and how how she is so worried about breaking down and crying. I wholly empathize, but I also fully understand that five weeks away is not now. Only now can we ever have peace. Today: ACIM reminds us that fear is a call for love. Fear is an appeal for help, in that we are denying that love is all there is. Fear can only be a symptom of our own deep sense of loss. Fear demonstrates how desperate we are to return to that love.

Reality can dawn only on an unclouded mind. It is always there to be accepted, but its acceptance depends on your willingness to have it. To know reality must involve the willingness to judge unreality for what it is. (ACIM, T-10.IV.2:1-3)

Unreality therefore equals nothingness. We either have everything or we have nothing.

A Course in Miracles states that reality cannot dawn on a mind full of illusions. Truth and illusions are irreconcilable. We have to accept reality as it is.

Reality is the peace of this present moment. Unreality is the lack of peace either side of it. If we step away from the now, we are establishing fear in the mind.

Fear does not exist in reality. Fear is the product of a split mind and it is this split that needs the healing. Without a thought of separation, we would just see life as it is.

Life should be celebrated and not feared. Life is not about our arms and legs running away from the truth; life is about embracing joy and happiness regardless of the form that reality appears to take.

Only forgiveness brings us peace, in that the unreal becomes real. This is an unalterable fact of life.

150/ When Sickness Goes

24th March 2025

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” Helen Keller.

The absence of perfect peace means but one thing: You think you do not will for God’s Son what his Father wills for him. (ACIM, T-14.XI.5:4)

***

Lesson 150. Review of lessons 139 and 140 (ACIM, W-150). Yesterday: I don’t think I have ever taught a yoga class and remembered to look at the lesson when the class has finished. My mind is always elsewhere (usually happy and relatively peaceful) and this is exactly why I practise yoga. Yesterday was a Sunday, a day of rest for some. Our new neighbours - who are Jehovah’s Witnesses - were probably doing their own practice. I had asked the universe for quiet neighbours and it appears that I have got them. Today: Atonement and salvation are the two themes of the final part of the review - and these are the two topics that feel the most obscure to me. However, the peaceful part of my mind does fully understand them. It knows that one will reveal other.

The miracle is the act of a Son of God who has laid aside all false gods, and calls on his brothers to do likewise. It is an act of faith, because it is the recognition that his brother can do it. It is a call to the Holy Spirit in his mind, a call that is strengthened by joining. (ACIM, T-10.IV.7:1-3)

A Course in Miracles asks us not to share the world’s belief in sickness. What is sick can only die.

Sickness belongs to the ego. It is a fear that we are apart from God. Sickness is the ego in action and the ego will always pretend to be blameless and want to help.

The ego is one singular thought of fear that ramps up or shrinks back according to the circumstances. It is actually hatred disguised as love.

Guilt always arises out of the ego and it is this that makes the world. However, heal the mind of guilt and we see a world of innocence. Only forgiveness can allow this to happen.

The world we currently see teaches us that forgiveness means someone has hurt us; A Course in Miracles merely states that nothing has happened and so there is nothing to forgive.

Sickness, then, is not physical, it is really mental. Sickness just goes as we heal the mind of its fear.

151/ Inner Peace

25th March 2025

“The willow which bends to the tempest often escapes better than the oak that resists it.” Walter Scott.

No part of nothing can be more resistant to the truth than can another. (ACIM, T-23.II.3:6)

***

Lesson 151. All things are echoes of the Voice for God (ACIM, W-151). Yesterday: I had two small reminders of what it is to be vulnerable - of what it is to be like a child with no recourse to the spiritual awareness that I now have. One was just a physical action, completely small and irrelevant, but it brought about a memory of pain; and the other was a chance comment made in jest, triggering a distant memory of humiliation. The first was in the morning and the second was in the evening but, in between and after, I didn’t seem to judge myself and everything was sunny and peaceful. Today: The lesson asks us to watch our thoughts and hand them over to the Holy Spirit. During my first fifteen-minute practice, I must have thought about ten different things. None of them related to ACIM and all were centred around judgements.

Your Father created you wholly without sin, wholly without pain and wholly without suffering of any kind. If you deny Him you bring sin, pain and suffering into your own mind because of the power He gave it. Your mind is capable of creating worlds, but it can also deny what it creates because it is free. (ACIM, T-10.V.9:9-11)

Peace is always within us, despite what appears to be happening externally. Therefore:

  • The sun always shines behind the clouds, even if it does appear to raining.

  • Waves might be crashing onto the shore but, at the depths of the ocean, all is calm.

  • The wind can blow all it wants but every storm always has a quiet centre.

A Course in Miracles is all about finding our own inner peace. In truth, there is nothing else.

And the Holy Spirit sits quietly beneath every eruption. There is always peace within the mind.

152/ Nothing at All

26th March 2025

“It is not in the stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves.” William Shakespeare.

Yet all who meet will someday meet again, for it is the destiny of all relationships to become holy. (ACIM, M-3.4:6)

***

Lesson 152. The power of decision is my own (ACIM, W-152). Yesterday: The lesson was “all things are echoes of the Voice for God” and I thought I had got the gist of it after the first reading until I repeated it throughout the day and then didn’t really understand it at all. And I was also a bit lax in the afternoon since we were travelling for a couple of nights away. However, one thing I did resonate with was a quote I heard from Eckhart Tolle - that we should “make peace with the non-peace”. This completely sums up the whole purpose of ACIM. Today: The lesson tells us that truth can have no opposite and that madness makes the world we see. It suggests that we only have two choices - to be in fear or to be in love. My conundrum is that I definitely want to feel the love of my Father but I am also a little terrified of it.

You may believe that you judge your brothers by the messages they give you, but you have judged them by the message you give to them. Do not attribute your denial of joy to them, or you cannot see the spark in them that would bring joy to you. It is the denial of the spark that brings depression, for whenever you see your brothers without it, you are denying God. (ACIM, T-10.V.2:3-5)

Everyone acts like a mirror to our internal thoughts and feelings.

The passage above shows us that we can’t escape anything. We have to dig into the dirt to find the leak. We have to drop into the mind and look directly at what we are most scared of.

This means not sidestepping anything; it means letting go of our self-importance and embracing our own divinity. It means knowing that our identity is just a bunch of thoughts that have no meaning.

Likewise with each person we meet. We push our internal world onto them and give them a name.

A Course in Miracles tells us we are infinite and holy. All we really are is an extension of God’s Love.

And anything with an opposite is always just a thought. We see it as a fact but it is nothing at all.

153/ Highlighting Reality

27th March 2025

“A wise man does not chatter with one whose mind is sick.” Sophocles.

What you made has imprisoned your will, and given you a sick mind that must be healed. (ACIM, T-6.V-C.9:5)

***

Lesson 153. In my defenselessness my safety lies (ACIM, W-153). Yesterday: Even though I might have looked at the lesson quite a few times during the day, I found it almost impossible to remember the words or even the theme of the lesson. Perhaps this is because the lessons of the Workbook don’t resonate with a mind that is determined to stay as it is? The ego has no concern with what each lesson has to say. Today: I had a dream in the early hours of this morning. I don’t remember the exact details but it was basically about two brothers and I managed to save one of them from being shamed. It was a reassuring dream and without stress. When I awoke, I wondered whether I was being shown that my own internal shame is of no consequence, in that spirit doesn’t recognize it and never has. Therefore I have no need to dwell on what has passed before.

To be alone is to be separated from infinity, but how can this be if infinity has no end? No one can be beyond the limitless, because what has no limits must be everywhere. There are no beginnings and no endings in God, Whose universe is Himself. (ACIM, T-11.I.2:1-3)

A Course in Miracles is the path back to where we have never left. This means the Love of God.

Until then, we just appear to rest in darkness. We think we are alive but we are really asleep.

A Course in Miracles also reminds us that many other paths also lead to the same goal because, really, there is only oneness. Nothing can distort what is only love and light.

And the near-death experience also highlights this. What was once imaginary is now seen as real.

Kim Lincoln’s near-death experience began with violence but later showed her that what separates the mind from eternal love is our defensiveness and resistance. She went through a tunnel and found herself in a realm of infinite nothingness. It was an experience that radically changed her life.

154/ Ending Captivity

28th March 2025

“Quiet the mind and the soul will speak. When you plant a seed of love it is you that blossoms.” Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati.

The real world shows a world seen differently, through quiet eyes and with a mind at peace. (ACIM, W-pII.8.2:2)

***

Lesson 154. I am among the ministers of God (ACIM, W-154). Yesterday: The lesson allowed us to be flexible about how long we wanted to spend on our extended practices, the suggestion being anything between five minutes and half an hour. I chose fifteen minutes, really because I didn’t want to appear to be lazy and neither did I want to be the teacher’s pet. The point of the lesson was to know that our defencelessness is our only safety. As I paused to reflect on this, the subtleties of my own defensiveness soon became very clear. Today: This is likely to be the first time since starting the Workbook that I have had a visceral response to the title to the lesson. I do not want to be a minister of God - I associate it too much with the church and Christian tradition. But the lesson talks about hearing one Voice and learning what we are teaching. I can relate to that.

Healing is a sign that you want to make whole. And this willingness opens your ears to the Voice of the Holy Spirit, Whose message is wholeness. He will enable you to go far beyond the healing you would undertake, for beside your small willingness to make whole He will lay His Own complete Will and make yours whole. (ACIM, T-11.II.4:1-3)

A Course in Miracles asks us a question - do we want to be a hostage to the ego or a host to God? We accept only what we invite into our minds.

Real freedom therefore depends on welcoming reality. Incarceration means we have opted for a prison term that the ego has informed us is exactly what we need.

The body has become our prison cell and the ego is the guard. Life can be excruciating but it can also be pleasurable; for the most part, though, captivity is just frustrating as we wait for it to end.

However, within us all, there is an advocate for freedom. It is a Voice that argues for complete exoneration. The Voice tells us repeatedly that we are not guilty but we are wholly innocent.

The Holy Spirit knows the solution to the problem. It is to leave the prison cell with peaceful mind.
