183/ Flow of Love

26th April 2025

“There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love.” John Lennon.

There can be no conflict between sanity and insanity. Only one is true, and therefore only one is real. (ACIM, T-6.V-B.6:1-2)

Lesson 183. I call upon God’s Name and on my own (ACIM, W-183). Yesterday: This was one of the few lessons I’ve been able to remember without having to dip into my pocket for my notes - as in “I will be still for an instant and go home”. Usually, the lessons haven’t resonated with a mind that is used to rushing about, but this lesson did. And I might not have had a felt-sense of Heaven, but at least I was able to pause for a second and just be. Today: For the past couple of years, I have always started my mornings with a quick prayer of thanks to the Father (my term for God) and so the power of this lesson is not lost on me. I loved reading it and I enjoyed my first fifteen-minute practise a few moments ago, although I did find myself lost in thinking for a large part of the time. I hope to remember the lesson for the rest of the day.

You who believe that sacrifice is love must learn that sacrifice is separation from love. For sacrifice brings guilt as surely as love brings peace. Guilt is the condition of sacrifice, as peace is the condition for the awareness of your relationship with God. Through guilt you exclude your Father and your brothers from yourself. (ACIM, T-15.XI.4:1-4)

A Course in Miracles tells us that, as long as we perceive the body as our immediate reality, then we will always feel lonely and deprived.

It is only beyond the body that the conditions of love can be met; it is here that communication is immediate and the body is not needed; only now can stillness be known because stillness is peace.

There are likely to be many spiritual paths where the body is the central focus but, for A Course in Miracles, the body means nothing. The body is of no importance to our spiritual development at all.

All we have to do, and especially since the body and guilt are so intertwined, is to be present to all of our thoughts and feelings. We have to make the mind the main focus of our attention.

Only the mind is important. It is the mind to which we put our attention and so the body just becomes a channel through which love can flow.

184/ Nothing to Fear

27th April 2025

“Our problems, all come from nothing; they are based on a misunderstanding that does not even exist.” Sogyal Rinpoche.

The Holy Spirit has the task of undoing what the ego has made. He undoes it at the same level on which the ego operates, or the mind would be unable to understand the change. (ACIM, T-5.III.5:5-6)

***

Lesson 184. The Name of God is my inheritance (ACIM, W-184). Yesterday: When I read the description of the lesson in the morning, it had more of an effect on me than just repeating the theme of the lesson throughout the day (“I call upon God’s Name and on my own”). However, I also listened to a video on YouTube about Sri Anandamayi Ma, an Indian saint, who is quoted as saying that: “When the mind becomes quiet, then the heart begins to listen.” I found that beautiful. Today: Basically, this lesson tells us that we have made up thousands of names for thousands of different things, but there is only one Name. I do feel that the main thing to do is to let go of all concepts and simply remember that God just Is. God really does not need a name

The meaning of love is lost in any relationship that looks to weakness, and hopes to find love there. The power of love, which is its meaning, lies in the strength of God that hovers over it and blesses it silently by enveloping it in healing wings. Let this be, and do not try to substitute your “miracle” for this. (ACIM, T-16.I.6:1-3)

A Course in Miracles tells us that all unholy relationships are based on memories from the past. We find a body attractive or unattractive based on past experiences. The body is never seen just as it is.

God is all there Is. God is everywhere and is everything. The body plays no part when it comes to knowing God.

The Son of God is the formless wholeness of everything we see. The body just sits within it, as an image. The Son of God is the light we see beyond the body and it is this that envelopes everything.

The mind therefore responds only to the form or the formless; the mind either knows light or drowns itself in darkness; the mind is either totally aware of the Holy Spirit or it is is engulfed by the ego.

A Course in Miracles asks us to choose peace at the cost of the non-peace - it is always all or nothing. The irony is that peace always replaces the non-peace only when we know there is nothing to fear.

185/ Knowing the Self

28th April 2025

“If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite.” William Blake.

You respond to what you perceive, and as you perceive so shall you behave. (ACIM, T-1.III.6:1)

***

Lesson 185. I want the peace of God (ACIM, W-185). Yesterday: I was a bit lax about remembering to do the lesson throughout the day, and for many reasons. It was a Sunday - a day of rest - but I still had some work in the morning; I wasn’t feeling that well - a few digestive problems - and so I felt a bit sorry for myself; I would look at the lesson - but just didn’t connect with it - and so I would distract myself. The list of reasons why I didn’t fully commit to the lesson were endless but I still did it in the morning and evening, and I hope to do better today. Today: It is clear that this lesson has to be uppermost in our minds. It states that we have to really mean what we say - that we have to desperately want the peace of God. It is all or nothing and, as I finished my first early morning practice, it was worrying how easily my thoughts just rose up to hide my wish.

There is a tendency to fragment, and then to be concerned about the truth of just a little part of the whole. And this is but a way of avoiding, or looking away from the whole, to what you think you might be better able to understand. For this is but another way in which you would still try to keep understanding to yourself. (ACIM, T-16.II.2:1-3)

We either keep reality under wraps or we fully understand all about our Self.

There is just one Self. It is whole, complete and serene. It is without any contradictions, in that it is just what it is.

The Self that we are is light, love and joy.

We, as ourselves, are full of contradictions. While we might begin to love, we might end up being full of hate; while we might start as small and pink, we might end up as wretched and grey.

The self we think we are is dark, fearful and despairing.

A Course in Miracles leads us from the unreal to the real. We stop dying and choose to live instead.

186/ Key to Peace

29th April 2025

“You can cut all the flowers but you cannot keep spring from coming.” Pablo Neruda.

Do not despair, then, because of limitations. It is your function to escape from them, but not to be without them. (ACIM, M-26.4:1-2)

***

Lesson 186. Salvation of the world depends on me (ACIM, W-186). Yesterday: The lesson was about wanting the peace of God. It states that to say these words is nothing but to mean these words is everything. How did I do? I felt I was running out of time late in the day but I deliberately stopped when I was out for an early-evening walk - sitting to contemplate the lesson just seemed more important than the list of chores I had to do. That must have meant something. Today: If salvation of the world depends on me, then it definitely means that I have to practise forgiveness. This is essential. The lesson tells me that salvation arises out of true humility but it also adds that I don’t have to be any different from how I perceive myself at the moment. All I need to do is to just take responsibility for my thinking.

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all of the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. It is not necessary to seek for what is true, but it is necessary to seek for what is false. Every illusion is one of fear, whatever form it takes. And the attempt to escape from one illusion into another must fail. (ACIM, T-16.IV.6:1-4)

A Course in Miracles tells us that, if we are seeking for love outside of ourselves, then we can be sure that we are perceiving fear within. And it is this deeply-rooted fear that we are really afraid of.

And the one thing that we can be sure of is that love doesn’t disguise itself. Peace never comes from the illusion of love but only from its reality.

The world arises as a projection from the mind. How we perceive the world, then, has to be hugely important. Do we perceive the world with love or do we perceive it with fear?

Forgiveness is the key to peace. Forgiveness undoes the blocks to love’s presence. It is by looking at each one of our fears that the mind becomes open and peace fills the gap where fear used to be.

In the context of A Course in Miracles, fear does not exist. There is no opposite to peace and there is no opposite to love. To find the key to peace, we need to recognize that we are love.

187/ Faith and Belonging

30th April 2025

“Obscurity is dispelled by augmenting the light of discernment, not by attacking the darkness.” Socrates.

If you did not believe that you deserved attack, it never would occur to you to give attack to anyone at all. (ACIM, T-31.III.2:7)

***

Lesson 187. I bless the world because I bless myself (ACIM, W-187). Yesterday: The lesson - “salvation of the world depends on me” - acknowledges the Will of God. I am beginning to feel that salvation is quietly returning to the natural state of oneness with our Creator - no demands and no need for redemption - and is dependent on me because I am you and you are me. And so I practised softly, without any expectations, and put no demands on myself except to always complete the longer morning and evening practices. Today: This lesson reminds us that there is no giver and no receiver - as the world conceives of it. We always give to ourselves because there is only one of us. This means we are either blessing ourselves or we are damning ourselves.

Every illusion you accept into your mind by judging it to be attainable removes your own sense of completion, and thus denies the Wholeness of your Father. Every fantasy, be it of love or hate, deprives you of knowledge for fantasies are the veil behind which truth is hidden. To lift the veil that seems so dark and heavy, it is only needful to value truth beyond all fantasy, and to be entirely unwilling to settle for illusion in place of truth. (ACIM, T-16.IV.10:2-4)

A Course in Miracles states that the goal of truth requires faith. We need to have faith in the formless essence of what we can’t see and not in the form that we can.

Our minds make the choice simply because the mind is split between illusions and the truth.

The ego believes in fragmentation; the Holy Spirit believes wholeness. The ego appears to work through our many minds while the Holy Spirit only works through the one mind.

Our purpose then, as students of A Course in Miracles, is not to change the world but to change our minds about the world. We either see a world that is real or we see a world that is false.

The real world shines with beauty and the false world veils itself from that beauty. The difference between the two is really forgiveness and also the faith that knows where we truly belong.

188/ Path and Practice

1st May 2025

“If the only prayer you say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.” Meister Eckhart.

Praying to Christ in anyone is true prayer because it is a gift of thanks to His Father. (ACIM, S-1.I.7:1)

***

Lesson 188. The peace of God is shining in me now (ACIM, W-188). Yesterday: The lesson taught me about true perception, in that what I give away is what I increase. The lesson had the theme of how we bless the world by blessing ourselves and this made complete sense to me; my own mental chatter can be quite intense and therefore I know the importance of practising self-love. This, in turn, helps the world since the world arises as a projection of the mind. Today: This lesson gives us one of the many memorable lines from within the Course: “Enlightenment is but a recognition, not a change at all.” As I practised the lesson just now, a tiny noise was irritating me to my left - the sound of water dripping or perhaps of a mouse rustling. I was determined to keep my focus on the peace within me and now, with eyes open, the sound has disappeared.

There is nothing you can hold against reality. All that must be forgiven are the illusions you have held against your brothers. Their reality has no past, and only illusions can be forgiven. God holds nothing against anyone, for He is incapable of illusions of any kind. Release your brothers from the slavery of their illusions by forgiving them for the illusions you perceive in them. (ACIM, T-16.VII.9:1-5)

If God is incapable of illusions, then it is up to us to find a way of walking a path back to God.

A Course in Miracles is a path that retraces our steps; it returns us back to where we have never left.

Forgiveness directs the mind along the path. It essentially undoes what we have never done.

And the near-death experience provides us with all the inspiration we need. It shows the mind what it might want to become.

Bill Letson’s near-death experience occurred in 1994 and it was an event that changed his whole outlook on life. He felt at home, imbued with love and ecstatic. He couldn’t believe that he had ever been a body. Life on earth felt like a game and he knew he had completely woken up from the game.

189/ Total Oneness

2nd May 2025

“Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” Thomas A. Edison.

Obey the Holy Spirit, and you will be giving up the ego. But you will be sacrificing nothing. (ACIM, T-7.X.3:8-9)

***

Lesson 189. I feel the Love of God within me now (ACIM, W-189). Yesterday: The lesson told me that I always have the light within me, and that light is the only thing we bring with us from our non-physical home. As I practised the lesson during the day, my intention was to allow the light to dissolve all my mental chatter. If light equals peace, then I found it a very peaceful practice. Today: This lesson reminds me that the only way to know the Love of God is to not resist It. It shows me that what I feel inside reflects how I view the world outside of me. Therefore, to not resist the Love of God within my mind results, by definition, in me seeing a world of love outside of my mind. This, in itself, feels quite profound.

When you maintain that there must be an order of difficulty in miracles, all you mean is that there are some things you would withhold from truth. You believe truth cannot deal with them only because you would keep them from truth. Very simply, your lack of faith in the power that heals all pain arises from your wish to retain some aspects of reality for fantasy. (ACIM, T-17.I.3:1-3)

Truth is complete. It cannot be broken up into little parts.

What we think of as truth is multi-layered. It is divided into many parts. It relies totally on a state of mind that is temperamental to say the least.

A Course in Miracles states that we, as truth, are able to heal the sick and raise the dead because we made up sickness and death ourselves (ACIM, T-1.I.24:1-4). Basically, all we have done is to make up a world that reflects our inner torment and have established it as our reality.

The way out of this nightmare is to heal the mind that thought it up and the only formula for doing this is forgiveness. Forgiveness allows us to see a limitless reality and not a reality that is limited.

The truth is that the mind is asleep and it just needs to awaken; we are held in darkness but we are actually the light; there is only total oneness but we imagine hallucinations disguised as forms.

190/ Dissolve and Disappear

3rd May 2025

“All troubles come to an end when the ego dies.” Ramakrishna.

Delay is of the ego, because time is its concept. Both time and delay are meaningless in eternity. (ACIM, T-5.III.5:1-2)

***

Lesson 190. I choose the joy of God instead of pain (ACIM, W-190). Yesterday: The lesson was simple enough to remember - “I feel the love of God within me now” - but I needed to drip feed it into my thinking mind. In many ways, it had begun to dawn on me how important it is to just stop and pause - and this means looking directly past the irritation of the ego. Today: The lesson states that pain is simply the result of having an incorrect perspective and this is because we think that God is cruel. It is definitely an inherent part of my thinking, my anger at God lying buried beneath layers of conditioning. I know it’s there and I need to face it.

Think you that you can bring truth to fantasy, and learn what truth means from the perspective of illusions? Truth has no meaning in illusion. The frame of reference for its meaning must be itself. When you try to bring truth to illusions, you are trying to make illusions real, and keep them by justifying your belief in them. (ACIM, T-17.I.5:1-4)

A Course in Miracles tells us that we choose between illusions and the truth. This means choosing either pain or joy, Heaven or hell, holiness or sin.

The list goes on and it is always a choice between our own suffering and the peace of God.

The peace of God holds no conditions - it just is and can never not be. Suffering always has conditions - except it is always imagined and it never was.

Illusions have to be brought to truth. We, as a body with legs and arms and a thinking brain, are part of the illusion. That is why we need the Holy Spirit’s help.

A Course in Miracles is therefore about accountability. It wants us to look directly at all of our fears.

Then, as we look into the mind directly, we ask for a miracle from the Holy Spirit. It’s as if a light switches on in the darkness, and all our fears are able to dissolve and completely disappear.

191/ Simplicity of Life

4th May 2025

“Spiritual awakening is awakening from the dream of thought.” Eckhart Tolle.

Awaken and forget all thoughts of death, and you will find you have the peace of God. (ACIM, T-27.VII.10:6)

***

Lesson 191. I am the holy Son of God Himself (ACIM, W-191). Yesterday: The lesson told us that only thoughts can cause us pain, while the theme throughout the day was to choose the joy of God. I was selective - some of my thoughts seemed joyful and some thoughts didn’t - and, since I am looking after my mother for an extended two-week period, the joy can sometimes be confused with plain hard work. Today: I awoke from an intense dream and it wasn’t that long before I was up and reading in the Text about how our waking and sleeping dreams are all the same. The characters we invent during our sleeping dreams are replicated through our special relationships during the day. This resonated and, perhaps now, I can make sense of it all.

Can you imagine how beautiful those you forgive will look to you? In no fantasy have you ever seen anything so lovely. Nothing you see here, sleeping or waking, comes near to such loveliness. And nothing will you value like unto this, nor hold so dear. Nothing that you remember that made your heart sing with joy has ever brought you even a little part of the happiness this sight will bring you. (ACIM, T-17.II.1:1-5)

A Course in Miracles tells us that we deny our Identity and invent a world.

We also learn that the world is an effect, and effects cannot have effects.

The mind is therefore the cause of everything. It is always our choice as to whether we see our Self or our self out in the world.

If we look with the ego, then the world is painful although we do everything we can to numb that pain; when we look with the Holy Spirit, we just see love - because love is all there is.

Love has no opposite but we make the opposites. The mind becomes a force for good or for bad.

Therefore, to know our Self then means to not know our self. The simplicity of life is easy to miss.

192/ Beyond the Body

5th May 2025

“Things that are done, it is needless to speak about… things that are past, it is needless to blame.” Confucius.

The first corrective step in undoing the error is to know first that the conflict is an expression of fear. (ACIM, T-2.VI.7:1)

***

Lesson 192. I have a function God would have me fill (ACIM, W-192). Yesterday: The lesson was “I am the holy Son of God Himself” and an hourly reminder from my phone certainly helped. I did my second extended practice while out for a walk with my mother’s dog, sitting on the side of a water trough in a field. However, late at night, I was sitting on the edge of my bed and couldn’t remember the words. It was too much trouble to find my notes and remind myself, so that wasn’t good. Today: The function that this lesson talks about is forgiveness and this is not because God needs to forgive us. It is merely a practice that allows us to regain the certainty that we are love and are made by love. I might not have guessed this before reading the lesson.

To forgive is merely to remember only the loving thoughts you gave in the past, and those that were given you. All the rest must be forgotten. Forgiveness is a selective remembering, based not on your selection. For the shadow figures you would make immortal are “enemies” of reality. Be willing to forgive the Son of God for what he did not do. (ACIM, T-17.III.1:1-5)

Nothing matters but we make lots of things really important. This is always because of the body.

Time controls our lives and we live and die because of time. Again, it’s all to do with the body.

The world is both alluring and terrifying, and has to be controlled. Only the body can think like this.

A Course in Miracles undoes every belief we hold about the body. It replaces illusions with truth, the ego with the Holy Spirit, and the body with the mind. It means that we see life in a different context.

The only context is that life is eternal. When the body dies, life just continues in a different way.

The body is therefore a vehicle for fear and, through forgiveness, we make it a vehicle for love. The body continues as the mind awakens and stays as an expression of the mind with which it thinks.

193/ Fear of Stillness

6th May 2025

“I never think of the future - it comes soon enough.” Albert Einstein.

Do not be concerned with time, and fear not the instant of holiness that will remove all fear. (ACIM, T-15.II.2:1)

***

Lesson 193. All things are lessons God would have me learn (ACIM, W-193). Yesterday: The lesson was all about forgiveness. It asked us to hold no one prisoner - or perhaps another way of putting it is to be in the present moment - and I was reminded of this as I was getting ready to cut the grass. Thich Nhat Hanh used to make every footstep a step for peace and that is what I tried to do (at least for a short while) and so the grass was cut peacefully. Today: The primary purpose of this lesson is to learn that forgiveness allows us to see all things differently. It tells us that we take baby steps but it is always God Who takes the final step. Therefore, to see things differently means seeing as God sees. This is as love and with love.

It is still up to you to choose to join with truth or with illusion. But remember that to choose one is to let the other go. Which one you choose you will endow with beauty and reality, because the choice depends on which you value more. The spark of beauty or the veil of ugliness, the real world or the world of guilt and fear, truth or illusion, freedom or slavery – it is all the same. (ACIM, T-17.III.9:1-4)

A Course in Miracles tells us that the miracle of the holy instant can only lie in our willingness to let it be what it is.

We are choosing all the time between illusions or the truth. Very rarely can we be outside of time.

Time does stop when we are immersed in something so glorious that we lose all sense of self. The mind expands and we feel at peace with everything, but then the mind always contracts back.

It is forgiveness that brings us right into the present moment and this is where, ultimately, we want to stay. In many ways, forgiveness is exactly the same as the miracle.

Both forgiveness and the miracle show us that the purpose of life is to love; love is why we are here.

And both also allow us to become still for an instant; stillness is almost certainly our greatest fear.

194/ Father and Son

7th May 2025

“A happy marriage is the union of two good forgivers.” Ruth Graham.

If you but knew the glorious goal that lies beyond forgiveness, you would not keep hold on any thought, however light the touch of evil on it may appear to be. (ACIM, T-29.V.6:1)

***

Lesson 194. I place the future in the Hands of God (ACIM, W-194). Yesterday: We were asked to practise every hour so that we could forgive the previous hour (repeating “all things are lessons God would have me learn”.) On the surface, it seemed as if I didn’t have too much to forgive but, when I began to examine my thoughts, I realised there was quite a lot. I would send out blessings to the person or thing concerned and hope that my mind could see that situation differently. Today: The lesson tells us that God sees the past, present and the future as the same - only our minds can make a future out of a past. As I practised just now, I was again distracted by this little crackling sound to my left. My mind remembered it from a few days earlier and began to make up scenarios as to why it was there. Clearly, I was thinking to much about it and I felt forced to open my eyes on a couple of occasions. I am unsure whether I was able to give the future to God.

As God ascends into His rightful place and you to yours, you will experience again the meaning of relationship and know it to be true. Let us ascend in peace together to the Father, by giving Him ascendance in our minds. We will gain everything by giving Him the power and the glory, and keeping no illusions of where they are. They are in us, through His ascendance. (ACIM, T-17.IV.16:1-4)

The only real relationship is of the Father and the Son. We are in love within the Mind of God.

However, our minds have made up something else, meaning differences and division. We are in exile and are acting as independent bodies; birth and death have become part of life.

A Course in Miracles breaks this down and dismantles it. It doesn’t make it complicated because there are no complications. It tells us that only God is real and only what God created is eternal.

God did not create the world, we have. God knows only love, this is what we are. God does not know of suffering, we made it.

We are collectively the one Son of God, and it is only our loving relationship with God that matters.

195/ Speck of Darkness

8th May 2025

“If love means anything at all, it means extending your hand to the unlovable.” Quentin Crisp.

But see the Love of God in you, and you will see it everywhere because it is everywhere. (ACIM, T-7.VII.10:4)

***

Lesson 195. Love is the way I walk in gratitude (ACIM, W-195). Yesterday: Did I place my future in the hands of God (the theme of the lesson)? I tried but, for me, what I did yesterday is now a bit of a blur. I also know that the ego wouldn’t have made it easy. It can be subtle - for example, I might feel my mind is not attacking or judging anything, but it is, and constantly. And I also set an hourly reminder throughout the day just to remind me, which definitely helped with consistency of practice. Today: This lesson tells me that love makes no comparisons and that gratitude goes hand in hand with love. I have not done my first practice just yet - I am rushing a bit - but I am about to start. And I have also read that gratitude should not be directed towards the body or the ego - it is always directed towards God Who is Love.

The experience of an instant, however compelling it may be, is easily forgotten if you allow time to close over it. It must be kept shining and gracious in your awareness of time, but not concealed within it. The instant remains. But where are you? To give thanks to your brother is to appreciate the holy instant, and thus enable its results to be accepted and shared. (ACIM, T-17.V.12:1-5)

A Course in Miracles shows us that every moment is a choice. We either love fully in the present moment or we feel fear, and this means that we don’t know love at all.

Any form of attack makes the present moment powerless simply because we have made it powerless. And the body simply demonstrates that attack was not made by love; love, however, never condemns the body.

This is exactly what the near-death experience shows us. It shows us that we are both light and spirit, and not the physical form of the body. The body is a temporary medium at best and we are as God created us, which is as His Son and as eternal love.

Donna Rebadow tells us of the wonder she felt during her near-death experience in 1988. It was because of a boating accident that she drowned and her spirit left her body. God came to her. God showed her that choice is crucial and, in every moment, we define our lives by the choices we make.

196/ Reading the Script

9th May 2025

“I didn’t fight or shame my thoughts, I questioned them, and they stopped shaming me.” Byron Katie.

You cannot retain part of a thought system, because it can be questioned only at its foundation. (ACIM, T-9.VII.7:4)

***

Lesson 196. It can be but myself I crucify (ACIM, W-196). Yesterday: We went for a second time to a dance class called Soul Motion and just the nature of it makes the lesson easy to remember - “love is the way I walk (or dance) in gratitude”. Our gratitude is always towards God. In the afternoon, we had a long walk with my mother’s dog and I find it interesting that ‘dog’ is ‘god’ spelt backwards. A dog is the closest thing to God’s unconditional love there is. Today: This lesson is showing me that I can only be hurt by my thoughts - in other words, I am responsible for crucifying my mind. Everyone and everything is simply a reflection of how I feel about myself, meaning that the attention I give to my thinking is the only thing that has to change.

Truth comes of itself. If you experience peace, it is because the truth has come to you and you will see the outcome truly, for deception cannot prevail against you. You will recognize the outcome because you are at peace. Here again you see the opposite of the ego’s way of looking, for the ego believes the situation brings the experience. The Holy Spirit knows that the situation is as the goal determines it, and is experienced according to the goal. (ACIM, T-17.VI.5:5-9)

A Course in Miracles tells us that the script is written. Everything that happens in our lives has already been pre-determined.

How we respond to anything is therefore crucial. It might alter the script or it might not - we will never know - but what we do know is that everything is affected by our state of mind.

The ego is the cause of suffering; if we think with the ego, then the effect can potentially lead to pain. This is the thought system that we are used to.

The Holy Spirit is the cause of contentment; if we think with the Holy Spirt, then the effect can only be joy. This is the thought system that we need to use.

It is forgiveness that brings about the change, allowing the script to be experienced by a joyful mind.
